Koland is an independent land acquisition and promotion business with a vision to support the delivery of sustainable residential development across the north of England. Based in West Yorkshire, we utilise specialist knowledge to provide land development solutions to help overcome the housing shortage.

We work together with you to unlock the potential of your land, from the initial consultation through to the development, providing expertise and personal services. With over 15 years of experience in infrastructure delivery working with domestic and commercial clients, our team ensures we build trust and harmony with our respective clients to create positive relationships and successful outcomes.

We look to complete the planning application with the client on land use. We will cover the costs including initial appraisal and detailed assessment by planning consultants and architects.
